1a) Assuming he survives the battle, B God is killed "trying to retreat into enemy territory". In any case, he dies. Since he has no province left, he's out of the game.

1b) No. Retreat seems to happen after all battles have been resolved, so we have the same result than 1a)

2) I think the army will proceed after the battle (I have seen armies fight 2 battles in one turn that way). If A wins the second battle, B is out of the game. In any case, I am fairly certain he is resurrected after all battles have been resolved.

3) Yes.
