ircnet.secsup.org: Unable to resolve server
irc.stealth.net: Unable to connect to server (Connection timed out)

try irc2.us.ircnet.net

also try port 6666 and 6667 on the various servers (irc1, irc2, stealth)... more often than not it'll work, though IRCNet is a tough cookie at times.
