Off Topic: Your Geographic Location

Americans/Canadians currently have the lead, by a slim amount. Are Mexicans considered North America? I've never had a good explanation of this, as the grouping is so muddled, and they are lumped in with Central America most often in my courses, while speaking of continents, clearly it is on the North American continent.

I'm here in Athens, Georgia, at the University of Georgia, in the US.
