Sadly you can't put duplicate items on a commander to get twice the effect. Put a black steel helmet on the other head instead. Buys you a a little more time to be scary.

I had an Ulm game where I started with a PoD with death-9. That and a Horror helmet and the corpse-candle shield.
Fear+29 or something like that. He didnt kill so many but boy did they flee from him.

A Dragon Helmet or a Horned Helmet on head#2 is also a decent choice.

Normally yes. I specifically asked Zen about this a couple of weeks ago and he said that Horror Helms are cumulative. I'll have to test it myself, whenever I can get a second helm in the same province as my wyrm and do some swapping. |
