				 Re: Question about path boosters.
The Ring of Wizardry definitely boosts all the magical paths in my games - I just checked. Except Holy/Unholy, I assume although I haven't tested it.
The Staves of elemental mastery only boost the elemental paths. There is a unique robe (wishable or kill the bearer) that only boosts 'sorcery' (Astral/Death/Nature/Blood), like the ring. I forget what the Sword of Many colours boosts.

I believe you are mistaken about this. The Wizardry ring boosts all non-holy paths, while the Sorcery ring boosts just astral/nature/death/blood.Quote:

 | I think the Ring of Wizardry used to only boost Elemental Paths, at least that is how I remembered it in the unpatched 1.0 game with a testing Virtue in late game, empowered to have at least 1 in all paths (except hold/unholy of course) and testing out more than half of available items.

Of course, I could be wrong if the RoW boost in sorcery isn't cumulative with RoS boost in sorcery, as I don't remember which one I put on first... Btw, having 2 of RoW only yields one boost right? I remembered being unhappy to try out that combo only to find my Vamp Queen not getting double boost.

				 Re: Question about path boosters.
In Dom 2, the RoW boosts all non-holy paths. And, as Zen has repeatedly stated in various threads, duplicate magical path boosters do not add together, and I think the devs consider the RoS and RoW as the same item for that purpose. |

Hrm. The Ring of Wizardry and Ring of Sorcery stack. As do using two 'different' Staff of Elemental Mastery or a Sword of Many Colors. |

Ring of Sorcery does improve sorcery even if a Ring of Wizardry is also worn. I just double-checked and they do stack in sorcery paths.

Cool. I'm happy to be wrong. That'll teach me to repeat what others tell me.
Zen, when you tested the staves, did you try it using the Nat? Just curious, since they're 2H. |

Yes. They do stack, but not if it's the same brand of Staff of Elemental Mastery. The Sword of Many Colors also stacks with either Staff. |
