A CEO isn't necessarily the owner of a corporation. He is an employee who is hired by the Board of Directors to run the corporation. He can also be fired by the Board. The owners of a corporation are its shareholders, not any one person.

Correct me if I'm wrong I'm not an MBA or anything like that!
