It's a Death site, not a low-level one judging from the picture, which gives a 40% Thaumaturgy bonus, 3 death gems per turn, and spreads deadly diseases.

Excellent work friend, saved me a lot of time. Those Death Gems will come in handy, although i might have to relocate my researching crew to an adjacent castle. Well, it was nice having a capital  . |
