If he's hoarding your 2hses, and restoring them if you attempt to alter them, it's likely that it's restoring your old 2h from...Last turn, even though the game has started.

Wow. Very good theory. Why it isn't happening universally is an interesting question.

But it would have been nasty to diagnose without that basic insight. Kudos.
