PVK is correct. Things can get complicatred, if one of the battle would happend in "magic" phase, due to teleportaion or summoning for example. In certain situations the retreating units may fight 2nd time in the same turn, after they retreat. But as long as your movement happen during the normal moving phase, no matter if you have flying armies or not, they will just retreat in the province that you control after all battles are resolved.
