While I don't think the Strategy Guide is the place for listing bugs or exploits based upon bugs, this seems like something we should warn the new player about until it gets fixed. I'll stick a warning in the next revision.

How about a short list of the most important quirks of the game like the 10 warp point max/system, no reloading after saving and etc?

I'm open to the idea. Why don't you start a thread so we can see what the forum thinks should be the top ten "Quirks/Overlooked Features" or whatever? Start it off with your own suggestions and we'll see where it takes us.
