I have the original game data as sent by Norfleet and Graeme. So if any problems crop up, and you let me know first turn, I can potentially roll back the game to the original state. The most likely problem would be some sort of map related fiasco.

Make sure that you've installed the fixed Version of hoburg_S.dm that is available at
Fixed Hoburg Alliance
If you don't, then Ashikaga's troops on the server will be armed with only fists, and there will be severe inconsistencies in the battle replays.
