You might want to look in USM at the eye candy files. It is the smallest mod download with my eye candy files. As for events, Adamant Mod used Dracus' file, and greatly expanded upon it. So yeah, you need to look at other mods.

The Dark Horse one was huge but seemed to only increase the bad events. Is that standard?

Dark Horse???

The Eye Candy Mod events file by Dracus adds some positive events, though it does add more negative than positive. Adamant adds more positive ones, such as a whole slew of plague curing events (which go right along with the increase in frequency and severity of plague events in the mod).

Fyron, perhaps you may want to update USM DATA files to be se4 Version 1.91 compliant. Some key DATA files accompanied are out of date.
