Yep, the one near Carthage, right? Though water nations don't really suffer from the lack of sea provinces

What nations are left, could you post up a "who is what, here is what is left" post? I may venture into this game, if only I like playing with Graeme, Truper, Arch and Quantum and fighting on my own map with my own Mod, I should win by default!
