I can not seam to get past this one! restarted after boot 12X still no luck! HELP!!!!!!

Are you playing the P&N mod campaigns 2 or3? If you are and get these errors (most people do), I would suggest waiting for a fixed Version and sticking with campaign 1, the stock game, or another mod.

Hmm...

Try copying the bitmapeffects and components files from P&N episode 1.
