Default Protocol Description?

Hi,

I hate to connect to a server just to verify if the next turn is available. Instead, I would like to develop a little application that can query the status of a number of give servers at once.

I would need a little insight into the protocol that is used by Dominions II to extract this information from the server. Is there some protocol information available?

Bernd

That would be very useful! Especially since it could prevent accidentaly uploaded turn in quickhosted games! Can the commandline provide something like this?

No, the text-only mode needs server mode and doesn't work in client mode.
