Re: Stalings et al.
if "man" would give me a truce( back off for a little while) i could concentrate on removeing Ulm from the game.
then we would not have to have ulm stall every turn till who knows when.

Well, Mose didn't have any additional light to shed on the master-password problem. I guess we will have to do without
That means that the schedule is then 24h fixed and that Ulm is going to stale until dead. I propose we pool our national passwords on some third party so as to prevent such from happening again. Preferably some hopeless junkie, who hangs here reliably every day

Re: Stalings et al.
I don't mind terribly Ulm staling... The turns do take some time nowadays to do, so a fixed hosting might not be a bad idea anyways. Although I guess it would be possible to force a hosting once everyone but Ulm have done their turns, but what's the point, really? With a game this big I don't think we got more than one turn a day at the beginning even.
Only Caelum and Machaka to go, btw, so it seems the game is in good health. I e-mailed Calistas and Regen earlier (them not being around the Boards in a while): I got a _very_ weird reply from Calistas (I don't really know what to make of it, someone else try and ask if he's still in!) and Regen hasn't yet responded.
Not having seen any objections to pooling the passwords, I guess I'll ask Truper or archae or someone to take care of them to regain the master password's functionality to some extent and will send an ingame message to all about it after I know where to send the 'words. That cool? Someone please validate the idea; is there some glaring problem in it that's so obvious that it needn't even be voiced?

Or perhaps I could continue west and solve the Ulm problem while I'm at it

Re: Stalings et al.
It would seem that Machaka, too, is not with us anymore. All the rest are accounted for, I think. So Machaka's lands are up for grabs for the quickest! (Since Regen hasn't answered the email query I sent him to the address in his profile, we'll have to assume that his nation is in a similar state as Ulm. Does someone here have another of his addresses by any chance?)

Re: Stalings et al.
Hee, hee, very funny. The explanation would be the Alchemist's Stone, I suppose. Weird bug. You want me to send the turn file to a 3rd party to check? I would prefer it, so no doubts linger.

Re: Stalings et al.
I've certainly received that same message pointed at myself enough times that I'm not concerned.
