I've seen several Bogus in the HoF a couple times.

Dominion in my home prov went up to 3 without a second temple build - isn't the starting DOM supposed to limit the max DOM you can get, with additional +1 per 5 temples?

You can still raise your dominion in a given province beyond this limit thru preaching, though.

And even with preaching DOM 6 should be impossible : Holy-3 + Temple (2) = 5, not 6 ?!

There might be some events that cause dominion to rise.
