I somewhat doubt you will succeed. The case will become the longest running court case in the galaxy. Mainly because it will be a long time before the Prosecution ever gets a straight answer from a Vorlon

I suggest you start a war with them, it'll be quicker and probably cheaper in the long run (can you imagine how much a several million year court battle would cost??? )

War, planet-scale atrocities, annihilation of stars are good toys for our kids. But the good trial with several millions of witnesses for the prosecution, >500 petabytes of case datas and medium army of lawyers is much more merciless, abominable and dreadful than galactic war.

Also, with our average lifespan of 2*10^10 years and 2 dozen of neutron stars, ready for transmutation into gold or plutonium (immortality secret, stars and transmuting technologies were obtained by court decision from other race) time and money are insignificant.

Green one. But orange colors are neat too. But green is better
I'll try to make up something like race description, but it will surely need serious editing (read, spellchecking ).
I'm not sure about race portrait. Do you mean I have to find one, or just describe it?

I am not so good at making race portraits. If left to me it might not look so good. So if you can find one that you like, it might be better. I will still go ahead and make one. Do you see them as human - humanish - or just alien as alien can be short of not being slugs?

Oh by the way, the set is done, say for the fighters, troops, and weapon platforms, but they shall be done soon.
