I'd rather wait to see what new bugs (if any) have been introduced, as it doesn't sound like anything in the patch is going to affect the early game (call of the wind into sea provinces isn't likely until someone has Soulstone of the Wolves to make it free, imo).

I'd like to upgrade though I wouldn't mind waiting a couple of days to see if any major bugs develop.

I am fine either way. I agree that it never hurts to wait a bit in case of bugs.
