Well its 1am, and I just woke up. Now what am I going to do all night? This is when games are invented, babies are made, and people buy worthless junk from TV advertising shows.

I am usually a third shifter. So 0400 ='s 1800 for normal people.

After so many hours awake, a person can and will enter a hypnotic state where His unconscious mind. Will literally start manifesting itself onto conscious thought.(leading to some very interesting stimuli.)

Thats why the military likes to deprive you of sleep. Its easier to program you that way.

i normally sleep at 04am , soundly... in fact, my wife says that at around 3am she usually dreams that she is in the worldwar two in the midle of a bombardment.... she says that at 3am i sound remarkably similiar to a B-12 airplane in full throttle...
