I too drinks lots of water. However, I do love a good carbonated beverage on occasion. Not that domestic (US) swill crap, but the good stuff. Sam Adams, Corona, pretty much anything from Germany, and various other micro-brews.

Then, there is gin and vodka. Mmmmm, vodka, arrhahghghg (said in Homer Simpson gargle).

Milk. Two litres of milk a day, straight from the neighbour's cow. Ok, I boil it first, it isn't straight from the cow. This is down from 4 litres a day when I was 16. Mom threatened to kick me out of the house, but now credits my height to the vast amount of milk consumed.

Then, in the evening, Gin and Tonic. Bombay Sapphire. After all, tonic has quinine in it and helps prevent malaria, which is very important :-)

I drink at least a gallon of water a day, if not more. Seeing as I live in the desert, and I dehydrate easily, that's a good thing. I don't like anything carbonated, so I stay away form that kind of stuff.

As for alcohol, its just not my thing anymore. I’m wholly unpleasant when inebriated, so that is a state I try to avoid. I’m not a fan of beer cause its carbonated, or the hard stuff cause it (to quote Homer Simpson) tastes like burning.

In my period of experimentation, I found I could drink anything if it was mixed with chocolate milk. My favorite poison then was Wild Turkey, and I dubbed the drink ‘Cow Tipper’. I found that combination most pleasing.

Now that I’m actually of age, the thrill of it all is lost. I just don’t do it anymore, save the occasional bottle of wine with my girl.

Just sugar and tea. The difference is that the sugar is added while the tea is made (brew and steep the tea, pour the steep over sugar in a pitcher, mix well, add water to desired strength, chill), as opposed to unsweetened tea, where the sugar is added AFTER the tea has been brewed, diluted, and chilled.

It may seem like a minor quibble, but it makes all the difference in the world!

I go through about a gallon of tap water per day, chilled in pLastic jugs in the refrigerator. Some Diet Coke, mainly when I need caffein. When I eat out, various root beers, ginger ale, Mountain Dew (when I really need caffein), or Hawaiian Punch.

I only drink alcohol socially, and being such a hermit, I haven't had any since '93. I prefer red wine to white, sweet to dry. I like vodka screwdrivers, rum and coke, sloe gin fizz, and sangria. I don't like beer, and haven't drank it since I was a college freshman.
