First Scenario for SE4 is Available!

[Suicide Junkie]

Right now, it is a sequential, tactical combat-enabled game, but I could make a simultaneous one too.

I just need to know what settings are required when I generate the game...

The Light team is portrayed as the Eee,
and the Dark team is unsing the Xiati shipset.

The only problem with making it an official scenario is that it requires a large mod to play

I should mention that this is "BlindFold" chess, since you can't see the other team, but I have disabled the sight obscuration on the system-wide nebulas.
You can hide ships in the small storms, and can destroy those storms with your king.

what stops people from pulling their ships back and fleeting them all together in one big lump?

I guess that would just boil down to a much more compact Version of the scenario.

The problem with that tactic is that your opponent could sacrifice a few ships to run through your forces and kill your king. Then, his king and whatever forces he didn't send into battle could wait until your maintenance kills you.
