Modded EMP files??

well, i didnt want to bring this up, but yes. you would have to mod the racial traits file, and create the game with the modded file (otherwise you would get the 'this race uses too many points' message.)

after the game is created, you can play the game without the mod and have your uber race in there. I wanted to keep that one under my had, because i was planning on using that trick for the judiciary race in the Smash TV game, to keep them challenging even though they only had one system to occupy.
