Mod for Disabling "Free" Troop Events?

Hmm, I guess I should just keep my mouth shut and quit showing off my n00bitude

I just thought man could recruit them cheaper, simply because national troops are supposed to be better than indy troops. Why would you ever recruit a militia out of your capital as Man, then? Of course, in the base game, why would you ever recruit one, period?

Exactly

The only reason to recruit them in the base game is if you suddenly become an AI. Shouldn't happen if you keep below the maximum safe daily silicon intake...
