i always forgot to ask you about this, i don't get it, what could be possible for all races?, the transwarp conduits??

It came up in Atrocities background story : " The Borg made those conduits to ensure some sort of space travel in the future, but only in a few hundred years after the end of the cleansing. "

And my idea was, that IF the Borg we're once able to make them, It could be possible for al races in the future.
That's why I allowed Warp openers/closers in this game.
