May I suggest a crazy idea.

Indies 9
Magic Frequency 75
World Rich
Map Faerun(would need to get 17 players)
Research Very Difficult
Events Rare

This would allow for all playstyles whether it be hoarding, rushing, or balance between the two.

I think it would be a cool idea.
