My opinion exactly. Why waste 1/3 of your life in unconsciousness? Seems a shame to spend that much time lying down not aware of anything except the occaisional odd trip your subconscious mind takes you on.

I generally have interesting, weird dreams, so sometimes I even look forward to sleep. It's generally better than a movie.
