For those who want to use this for MP games, adding the following #nostart lines should eliminate all the provinces that only have two neighbors, making for a more balanced MP game then if one player has 6 provinces and the other only 2.

Think I caught them all - 3 neighbor provinces I felt were passable, but 2 neighbors ones tend to have knights in both neighbors.
