Should be, could be without problem so long as you don't mind it looking like a casula tractor... Same as with the armored trucks really.

Got another silly one, think it is in the game oob, that's an Algerian war-era French para RLR scooter! Yes, a vintage Vespa scooter, with a US 90mm recoilless rifle sitting on the rear seat, barrel protruding through the front shield...

Look at early German forces. I think there should be some unit in '48 that resembles an armoured tractor.
