FYI,

MapQuest

Similar to www.mulitmap.com, MapQuest has a cool level of detail for North America and Europe - sadly the same doesn't go for most other areas of the world, incl. Vietnam.

Google has a great Satellite imagery of the whole planet, with high level of zooms even on Vietnam, but not enough to be of any use for SPMBT though:
