I can\'t remember if I\'ve asked this...
... since the SE5 beta started, but it's driving me nuts...
Do any of the beta testers have Linux available for testing SE5 under Wine? I'm not asking for status reports; I'm just asking if any testing is being done

I don't think anyone is actively testing the game with Linux to the best of my knowledge.

Although I think at least one or two testers were said to have linux.

Well the only Windows I have right now is a set of backup CD's which will erase the entire hard drive anyway... so why bother deleting Linux and putting it back on?

Do you think it would be OK to say what version of DirectX SE5 will be using? Because if it's 9, then (surprisingly enough) it might actually work better than older versions (since Starfury didn't work, but now it seems that DX9 will be supported in Wine soon)...
