Standard Victory Conditions

I started 2-3 games before I got the hang of playing. My next SP game playing Machaka has been going on for 80+ turns and I now have the most provinces, best Gem income, and 2nd or 3rd in all other categories.

But I never really knew what are the conditions for victory. What is required for a standard victory in Dom 2?

Destroying every single enemy player through either pure military conquest or destroying their dominion.
