A, C, and D, though possible, would not cause that to happen. If this other person had LCC's password it would appear that LCC was doing the editing. And if Vamp was using Vamp's password he would not have access to edit a post owned by LCC.

B does not appear to be the case, since Vamp's rank shows up as Colonel, not Advisor.

That leaves E...
