Re: Mr Griffin is back
Welcome back! Now we're just waiting on Vanheim for this next turn. And checking Mosehansen and the forum here, I don't know if we know who is controlling that nation (set to Anonymous on Mose) at all. Hmm... it's the mystery player!

Re: Mr Griffin is back
New turn is up, with Vanheim taking his turn unless I'm mistaken.

Re: Mr Griffin is back
Ok, I have a question. If you see you are the last to take a turn in a TCP/IP game, wouldn't you submit that turn, wait a minute for the next turn to host, then play that turn as well? I thought it was fun the few times it happens to me, to play 2 turns back to back.
Just curious, because now we're waiting on Vanheim again (who was the last player the previous turn, and didn't play the turns back to back )

Re: Mr Griffin is back
Yes,those are awesome in the early game, and a lot of players would take the double turn right away, in the early game.
But when you're into turn 40+, and every turn takes a substantial amount of time to take, no, you can't really except (sp) some to take the next turn right away. They finallly get an hour to do the current turn, that doesn't mean they have another hour at that moment to do the next turn.
It'd be nice if it worked that way, but once you're past the first 20 turns or so, it's hard to realistically hope for.

Re: Mr Griffin is back
Believe Vanheim staled again, which has me considering setting them to AI.
Any comments?

stale Vanheim turns
I say if Vanheim stales again, then we set to AI (just to give him a chance to respond)?
Okay, I also don't like getting hit by his constant Ghost Rider attacks too. That's the real reason I like the stale option.
Whatever everyone else wants to do, set to AI before this turn ends if he doesn't submit a turn is fine.
