What's with the Slow Forums?

I'm experiencing this also, but only in the morning hours of the weekends(European time). Maybe the forum go for maintenance in these hours because North American area is in the middle of the night.

FJ_MD is right. We perform backups on Sunday early morning Eastern Time, it is when we have the least amount of traffic on the board. We realize this may cause slow down issues for those who are on the board, but there is no time when it would be ideal for everyone so we try to do the maintenance when it will affect the least amount of people.
