He will have a score due to the tech levels he has, and a small amt of materials.
Never surrender, cool! One of the few AI races that has given me problems.

Last time I played a game against the TDM Sergetti, getting them to surrender was not my problem.

Hmm, maybe their speech file should be changed:
Response Demand surrender := We will never surrender! And we mean that, too. Check our AI files, if you don't believe us!
