I don't care about the mod setup; I'd just like to know... OK, for now I'll submit my pretender using no mods, and if the situation changes I'll change it

I have posted my pretender without any mods.

I do not see any problems with having to water races on 11 provinces, as they do not have to stay under water. But I guess my brother could be playing pangea instead.
