				 Re-Installing Win2k Question
Ok I have finally got a new HD for the blue box and am in the process of installing Win2k onto the new HD. Installation is complete and I have updated to SP 1 and installed FireFox. My question is, should I go ahead and install the rest of the services Packs? 2, 3, and 4?
Also are there any good sites for helping me set up FireFox to bock pop ups and other pest pop ups?

Just put sp4 on it, you don't need the others.

You'll want to go to the Mozilla homepage, and get the Adblock plugin. I use that, and the Proxomitron.

				 Re: Re-Installing Win2k Question
It's a new 'anti-piracy' tactic where you have to prove that you have a valid purchased copy of Wind'ohs in order to be allowed to download patches. Since Win 2K is officially 'non-supported' (or soon will be) you probably don't need to bother with that. |

Was called Longhorn, now it has a nice fluffly marketing name. It will have many new and useless features and be epically slower. I don't know this, I'm just going on past performance.
