One of the greatest games I ever had barely lasted for 20 turns. I was Mictlan, and lost the game. I had chosen scales that didn't work very well, and made mistakes both tactical and strategical, but the events are what made the game fun. Click here if you are interested in the story

Naresh, maybe you should give us more details about how you play the game against the AI, what maps you have played, when and how the AI is overwhelming you, etc. It's hard to give good advice when we don't have any information about what you are doing wrong.
