Deluxe is really just to unify owners of Gold and Classic, and serve as an introduction to the Space Empires series for new players before SE:V comes out.

Mostly in the retail market, since SE4 has traditionally been sold as an online only game.

Likely there will be no bug fixes or additions to Deluxe that are not already included with GOLD other than additional languages. (speculation at this point)

I did say Speculation at this point in my post, but as of yet no confirmed bug fixes or game additions. It would be nice if there was more info on Deluxe before its release.
