Yeah 1.10 is the only version that can open saved games so I don't know why you would be getting that error.

The file must have been altered in some way for you, PhilD. After you unzip the .ZIP file from CW's attachment, the file should have a size of 1560 bytes and named "ChallangeGame1.sav". It's a readable plain text file if you open in notepad and look at it.

Downloaded again, tried again, with the same result: I get an error when trying to load it up. I don't get this with my own saves.

Chances are the program that you are using to extract the .zip file is out of date or something. You should get the newest version of WinRAR or another program.

I'd happily try, but once again, I cannot use the file. Now maybe I could update my zip program, but this is the only case where I've had a problem...
