Any news on that? The tome is pretty useful, and a tome respecting the complete conceptual balance mod would be even more useful!

Things are progressing nicely. To be honest, I'm the reason for the slow down. A hectic work schedule has forced me to table some things that Horst has requested.

But it shouldn't be much longer. =)
