I have(had) a (Windohs 2003 Server) computer at work recently that was rebooting randomly, but only after being on for a few days and then trying to do something with it. It started happening after adding some RAM, but otherwise it was a very fresh installation. The best guess is it was a heat problem in some component causing a failure and reboot.
