Not sure what's going on, but a few pointers:
* Latest version of SE4 is 1.94, not 1.91; you might want to grab the patch from http://www.malfador.com (warning - BIG download!)
* TCP/IP play is generally borked; have you tried PBW? (http://seiv.pbw.cc)
