Yes, prophets have 0 upkeep, sacred units half, shroud does nothing upkeep wise.

Still leaves prophetizing a high-cost non-sacred commander rather appealing - even more so than when I thought it was half upkeep.

Does Shroud work for sacred units, then? Or is the "priceless" part of being prophet instead of being perma-blessed?

Apparently it's part of being the prophet - I always thought it was just half upkeep, like normal sacred, but... Sweet! I want to use it on the Niefel Ettin Panic Skratti, normally 1500 gold / 15 upkeep!

Yep I'm wrong. I accidentally tried to put it on a hero, I forgot some of the newer heroes have upkeep and others don't.
