Re: Ermor = Evil
victory in defense of the motherland!
The degenerate worshippers of the false vannish god, drunk w/ their own debauchery, were vanquished at the castle of stalingradolore. The brave vine ogre defenders valiantly gave their all against the massed van hordes. All will be awarded the Order of Merit of the Worker's Paradise.

Re: Ermor = Evil
Yeah, I was pretty sure that when I went to war I would get annihilated.. Ahh well, that's pretty much it for me methinks..
Clearly more than a few things I am missing/not thinking of in dom 2.
Wish I'd found some sages in this game..

Re: Ermor = Evil
its tough - really, there are so many tricks, so many ways to hit someone. Your invasion force was very scary, and forced me to retreat until the moment of my choosing...

Yeah this is the truth. Since there are so many variables you cant always count on winning any given battle. Best advice is to never put all your eggs in one basket and always have a trick up your sleeve. I pulled a pair of tricks on Man this turn he's probably not happy about, for example

Re: Ermor = Evil
I had two libraries and I don't think they did me much good... I think vine ogres are more important than sages. I did have three sages stem off a Wolf Drop, though, so they aren't completely useless...

You have only your capital, which is seiged, wish. I arrow fended your archer horde at the one castle and then pulled a last minute switcheroo and spammed air elementals instead of using an SC at the other.
