TSATC: Upcoming Review

Having a corrected tutorial, a clear weekend and better health, I'm starting a review of TSaC now. I'm using this piece as a first step in promoting the term "military-grade" game or simulation in conjunction with similar products. I think this term will clarify buyer and reviewer understanding and expectations.
