New MP Game - Random, Anonymous, No Diplomacy

Well, looks like nobody wants to make the decision.

I'll withdraw my offer then (my ISP is still unreliable, after more than two weeks, and I'm concerned about service getting even worse).

Then I will get a game set up hopefully this week.
It will be TCP/IP, but I will probably set it up so that everyone who wants can get an email when it hosts (for those, like me, not using God's Eye). I'll also make backups of things.
Hopefully this will take care of all the complaints that people have about TCP games?
