See what this game needs is nukes. They're the great equalizer. That way, late game, a smaller nation can still take on a larger nation. And really who doesn't want to nuke everything in sight?

Even small nations can be a general nuisance to a large nation with a couple "paradrop" spells like Call of the Wild, or summoned SCs. And nukes are not the great equalizer... a small country may have a few nukes, but the large country has a few hundred. And I see you've never wished for Armageddon or cast Burden of Time...
