Re: Ouch, difficult start !
The game can look a little difficult in the beginning until you get the hang of it. Try to do commercial missions to get money to upgrade your ship (blue sectors are the safest), invest in engines so that you can outrun the pirates. Your initial ship can take on the fighters, maybe you can disable them and then run from the bigger ships. By the way, never listen to the pirates, they will always kill you. Stay away from the pirates, there is a radius of detection, so keep your distance and they may not chase you. If they kill you reload from your last save, their appearance is sometimes random, so they may not always be there as the first time. Once you get enough money to buy stronger ships it will be your chance to pay the pirates back by hunting them!
